2026 Vendor Application

RBMC is looking for up to 26 vendors and 3-4 food vendors to join us at The Dahlia Farm Musical Festival at Bainbridge Island / Suyematsu Farms for an audience of 300+ attendees.

FEES:

  • Vendors: $300

  • Registered Non-Profits: $250

APPLICATION DEADLINE: JUNE 30TH

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis — apply early for best consideration.

Vendor Responsibilities

Power & Tents

If you need power, you must bring a generator.

Non-food vendors:

  • Allocated (1) space for a Standard 10’ x 10’ tent booth. Notify us in the application if you’re requesting a larger space; extra fees will apply.

  • Please bring your own 10’ x 10’ straight leg pop-up tent plus 4x leg weights to secure your tent, 6-foot table (2 maximum), and chairs.

Food vendors:

  • Let us know your space requirements in the application.

  • You’re required to bring your own truck/trailer/tent/etc.

Vendor Alignment

Vendors must align with the mission of Rolling Bay Music Club, which is a nonprofit performing arts organization rooted in a deep belief that music has the power to bring people together, spark discovery, and strengthen the communities we share.

Vendors who wish to promote a message contrary to the mission of Rolling Bay Music Club will not be considered

License & permit

Vendors who sell goods must have a valide Washington Stae business licesnse and follow all applicable laws, including the collection and payment of sales tax, as appropriate.

Vendors selling or sampling prepared food or beverage must have a valid Kitsap Public Health food permit.

Vendors using a grill, burner, open flame or a gas/propane powered generator must adhere to Bainbridge Island Fire Marshall regulations.

trash removal & environmental responsibility

Vendors must take all their waste with them. Failure to comply will results in a $150 fee.

Prohibited merchandise

It is illegal to sell or distribute items containing alcohol, tobacco, or THC in the vendor areas.

Approval from Rolling Bay Music Club is required to sell or distribute food or beverages.

Deadlines

ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE IN NO LATER THAN 11:59PM ON JUNE 30, 2026.
