Get Involved

There's a place for you here.

RBMC is a community project in the most literal sense. It only works if people show up for it. Not just at the shows, though that matters enormously. But in the conversations, the volunteer shifts, the donations small and large, the partnerships that make each season possible.

We are in our first year. The relationships we build now are the foundation everything else is built on. If you have ever wished there was more live original music on Bainbridge Island, more places to discover artists you didn't know you needed, more spaces that feel like they belong to the community, this is your chance to help build that.

You don't need a resume. You don't need to know anyone. You just need to care. Here are the ways in.

Come to the shows

The simplest and most powerful thing you can do is show up. Every ticket sold pays an artist. Every full room tells the next artist that Bainbridge Island is worth playing. Every person who walks through the door is a signal that this community values live music.

Come with friends. Tell people what you saw. Post about it. That word of mouth is the lifeblood of a young organization, and it costs you nothing but a little enthusiasm.

RBMC runs on people who care. We need help on event nights, with community outreach, with social media, and with the behind-the-scenes work that makes it all possible. Volunteering is flexible, low-barrier, and genuinely meaningful. You will be part of making something happen, not just watching it from the sidelines.

Donate

Financial support goes directly to the artists, the shows, and the long-term vision of a community-owned home for live music on Bainbridge Island. You can direct your gift to the General Fund, the Mini-Doc Fund, or the Artist Fund, whatever resonates most.

RBMC is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Donations are tax-deductible.

Become a member

Annual membership is the deepest ongoing connection to RBMC. Members get early access to tickets, recognition in our event programs, invitations to member-only events, and the satisfaction of knowing they are part of something being built from the ground up. Founding members hold a special place in the RBMC story. We are in year one, and that matters.

Membership levels and pricing will be announced with our first season. Join the mailing list to be notified when they open.

Partner with us

Are you a venue, an artist, or an organization that shares our values? We want to hear from you.

RBMC is actively building relationships with venues across Bainbridge Island. We are exploring spaces, gathering feedback, and looking for partners who believe in fair pay, genuine community engagement, and the kind of experience that people talk about long after the last song ends.

If you are an original artist who wants to be considered for a future season, we want to know your work. If you represent a venue or organization interested in co-presenting or co-promoting, let's have a conversation. If you are a business that wants to support live music in a more formal way, we are open to that too.

RBMC is small right now. That is not a limitation. It is an invitation. The people who get involved early help shape what this becomes. We are building something that Bainbridge Island will have for a long time. Come help us build it.
