about the artists

Rae Isla

Rae Isla is a queer independent American singer-songwriter and musician from Bainbridge Island, WA, now based in Los Angeles. Drawing from her early years playing classical cello, learning piano and guitar as a teenager, and attending Berklee College of Music on a vocal scholarship, Rae weaves together a unique blend of folk, indie rock, and alt-country influences to create lush, evocative songs. Her 2021 debut album, Another Life, garnered critical acclaim with features in Rolling Stone and Billboard, and charted #27 on NACC radio. Her newly released sophomore album, New Frontier—featuring fan favorites like “Miles and Miles” and “Free to Love”—marks an evolution in her artistry as a songwriter, producer, multi-instrumentalist, and visual storyteller.

Known as a “traveling bard,” Rae breaks down the barrier between artist and audience, from sending 700 handwritten postcards to promote her Pacific Northwest Tour, to creating a Music NFT collection of her real life rocks, Rae Isla's music is a communal experience.

Rae’s voice has also reached new audiences through film and television. She performed the lead original song for Ezra, a feature film starring Robert DeNiro and Rose Byrne, and composed the theme for the upcoming Reggie-Watts narrated docuseries SCENE: SILVER LAKE.

A burgeoning American songwriter in her own right, Rae Isla’s ability to blend honest and intimate storytelling with cinematic arrangement will draw you in, and keep you there.

mary lambert

Mary Lambert is not your typical multi-platinum artist. While studying Music Composition at Cornish College of the Arts, she found a home in the spoken word community of Seattle and began experimenting with infusing poetry into her music, performing frequently as a cellist, singer-songwriter, and poet. Lambert had never released music and was juggling multiple food service jobs when she received a call from Macklemore and Ryan Lewis to collaborate on their marriage equality anthem, “Same Love”. Writing and singing the hook to “Same Love” led to an MTV VMA win and two Grammy nominations: Song of The Year and Album of The Year, and culminated in the iconic 2014 Grammys performance, which featured a mass wedding officiated by Queen Latifah and Lambert’s unforgettable duet with Madonna. After the viral success of  releasing a standalone version of the song, “She Keeps Me Warm” Lambert shortly signed to Capitol Records. She released Welcome to the Age of My Body, an EP with a re-release of the Top 20 hit “She Keeps Me Warm” and “Body Love”, a spoken-word piece about body image. Later that year, she debuted her first pop song: a tongue-in-cheek single, “Secrets,” that went RIAA Gold and shot to No. 1 on the Billboard Dance charts, which was followed by her debut full-length album, Heart on My Sleeve. Lambert received the Human Rights Campaign’s Visibility Award, The SAMHSA Special Recognition Award from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services for her work on destigmatizing mental illness, and was invited to speak at the UN. She has performed on the Colbert Show, Ellen, The Today Show, Good Morning America, The Tonight Show, and the American Music Awards.

amelia day

It took a world-shaking breakup for Amelia Day to find her true sound — and herself.

"I knew you then, before all of this…but you left me for your ego trip," she sings to her ex-girlfriend on "Ego Trip," the title track from her newest EP. Stacked high with alt-rock guitars, pop hooks, and swooning keyboards, the song is more than a genre-bending kiss-off to a no-good lover; it's also a reminder that true artists remember where they came from, honoring their roots instead of chasing after trends.

For Amelia, those roots began growing in her childhood home of Sumner, Washington. Raised in the Pacific Northwest, she leaned into the music of her parents' CD collection — from folk icons like Simon & Garfunkel to rock pioneers like Queen and Creedence Clearwater Revival — before falling in love with the empowered, electrifying frontwomen of the 1990s. Songwriters like Alanis Morissette and Sheryl Crow would eventually inspire the gritty, rock-influenced textures on EGO TRIP, but not before a cross-country move took Amelia to Nashville. There, she did more than strengthen her storytelling skills by earning a college degree in English; she discovered a new world of house shows and open mic nights, too. Those performances were formative experiences, showcasing Amelia's ability to blend her chops as a wordsmith with her decades-spanning range of influences.

Lo Pony

Lo Pony is a queer folk group based in Portland, Oregon. Known for their intricate three-part harmonies, dreamy soundscapes, and quirky social media presence, the band has garnered a dedicated following, especially within the queer community. Their forthcoming EP, "Elephant Sky," is an exploration of loss, nostalgia, and a slow appreciation for the beauty of everyday life. This tender 6-song debut features their signature blend of delicate vocals and lush, expansive instrumentals reminiscent of the sweeping landscapes of the Shasta Valley region from which the songs first originated. Inspired by the ways visual and lyrical storytelling can intersect and inform one another, the record is accompanied by a trio of self-produced music videos that weave together themes of self-discovery, the concept of home, and the beauty of friends who find you in the darkness and hold you through it.

Brittany DAvis

Blind since birth, Brittany discovered a world of vivid, vibrant color in music. By 3 years old, she was playing piano, mimicking the bird songs she heard outside the living room window. A childhood appreciation for gospel and jazz gave way to a teenage obsession with hip-hop and R&B. Later, after the family moved to Seattle, Brittany crossed paths with Afro-punk musicians, rock artists, and members of the black rock & roll scene, which opened up new worlds of sound.

"As a blind person, I've never had an actual visual experience," says artist Brittany Davis. "Sound is the way I've always seen my world."

"Brittany brings that world to cinematic life with Images Issues, their full-length debut as a solo artist. Brittany isn't just the album's vocalist; she’s also the songwriter, engineer, co-producer, and multi-instrumentalist responsible for nearly every sound on the album. Those sounds are just as diverse as the person who created them, with Image Issues making room for gospel piano, hip-hop grooves, house beats, jazz chords, self-made samples, and everything in between. It's a wide mix — and it's all Brit. "Image Issues is like a Prince record or a Stevie Wonder record, because Brit plays everything," says producer Josh Evans, whose credits include projects by Pearl Jam, Brandi Carlile, and Gary Clark Jr. "Every high hat, every kick, every snare, every bass line, every vocal, every keyboard, every  texture — that's Brit.”

Thistle Band

Thistle is a recording and live performing project helmed by brothers Aidan and Declan McLennan. Raised on Bainbridge Island, Washington, the small town offered a gateway between the beauty of the Pacific Northwest and of Seattle’s legendary music legacy. Their father - a prolific yet unreleased singer-songwriter who once performed under the same name Thistle, serves as a direct creative influence for the brother duo today.

Blending traditional folk with classic rock and blues roots, Thistle’s music is driven by sweeping acoustic guitars and layered vocal harmonies, creating a lush and textured sound. While both brothers had long pursued music individually, their recent collaboration in songwriting marked a turning point - deepening their creative partnership and shaping the relationship-driven songwriting that defines the project. Themes of family, loss, individuality and love recur throughout their work.

In June of 2025, Thistle released their self-titled debut, a collection of seven original songs reflecting the brothers’ first year living together in Victoria, British Columbia, where they are now based. Both Aidan and Declan are students at the University of Victoria, pursuing their bachelors degree while developing their sound within the city’s dynamic rock and folk scene.
